Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us first at kova.shop.es@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for your return.

We will confirm by email how and where to send your item before you return it. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
